David Scherer's work mirrors its own existence and the existence of its creator. Eclectic, complex, energetic, the body of David's works are the offspring of his interest and enthusiasm for a very diverse range of topics.

Born August 25, 1967, David has been involved in the creative process since childhood. His parents and teachers recognized David's natural creativity and ambitious personality, and they readily encouraged him to develop his artistic muscles.

At the age of ten, David began to play the violin and two years later, he joined a symphony orchestra. Sensing a growing need for personal expression, he began to write music and to draw. Soon, his visual art became his dominant passion and music was set aside. As the years continued, David developed his skills at drawing and began to paint and sculpt in earnest. At the age of nineteen, he began to sell his art at local art shows and then began exhibiting his works in galleries throughout the United States and abroad. Currently, his works appear in more than fifty galleries throughout the world. ...
